World Travel Inc. CEO Liz Mandarino will step down on Jan. 1, and will remain chairwoman of the travel management company's board. The board has promoted two employees to fill out the top spots: Barbara Barnard as CEO and Pam Zager as president and COO.

Liz Mandarino
Mandarino has been World Travel's CEO for the past decade. She joined the company 34 years ago.

"The integrity and commitment we share are the foundation of this company, and I am thrilled to transition leadership to two individuals who have profoundly shaped WTI's success and embody our values."

Barbara Barnard
Barnard has been with the company for 18 months after a career of more than 30 years, with previous experience at Amadeus, Rosenbluth International and CWT. She is currently World Travel Inc.'s executive vice president of business development and marketing.

Pam Zager
Zager has been with World Travel Inc. since 2014, most recently as executive vice president of operations and travel technology. She has been in the industry for more than 30 years.
