Riviera River Cruises' new generation of ships is coming next year, and the company said one more will arrive in 2026.
The 178-passenger Riviera Resplendence will feature the line's largest suites and the Mosaic tasting-menu restaurant, just like the Riviera Radiance, a ship coming next spring.
Last February, Riviera announced the 2025 arrival of the Radiance and the Riviera Rose (a smaller ship that will accommodate 114 passengers). Riviera is making a change in branding, for the first time including the the name of the cruise line in the ship name. Riviera's existing ships are named for British authors.
While announcing the Resplendence, Riviera also said that all 2026 Europe river cruise departures are on sale at 50% off through Nov. 30.
