Kerzner International and resort developer Nolan Reynolds International are partnering with the Culinary Institute of America to bring a One&Only resort to New York's Hudson Valley.
The property, expected to open in 2028, will sit on 21 acres adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America's campus in Hyde Park. The resort will have 61 cabins, guestrooms and suites, plus branded residences.
The development will offer exclusive culinary programming through its partnership with the Culinary Institute of America, complemented by wellness offerings at an on-property Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
The Hudson Valley property will join One&Only's portfolio of 14 resorts and will be the brand's second U.S. property. The brand is slated to open its first U.S. resort this November in Big Sky, Montana -- the One&Only Moonlight Basin.
