KHM Travel Group has acquired fellow host agency Levarte Travel.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Levarte was founded by industry veteran Lori Speers in 2020 and today is home to more than 500 travel advisors. With the acquisition, Speers will join KHM as its vice president of business development.
KHM hosts more than 5,000 travel advisors. KHM said several of Speers' Levarte team members will join her at the host agency. Its team will now number 93.
"Having known Lori for 10 years, I've witnessed the remarkable impact she's had on our industry," KHM CEO Rick Zimmerman said in a release. "She has a gift for helping others think strategically and reach their goals, whether she's speaking at events, serving on boards or leading her own agency. Lori consistently embodies KHM Travel Group's core values, always putting people first. I have no doubt that she and her exceptional team will bring tremendous value to our community of travel advisors."
KHM, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is projecting annual sales of $430 million.
