The Walt Disney World Resort on Monday announced several deals for summer travel this year, as well as the return of its Cool Kids' Summer promotion.
Cool Kids' Summer returns from May 26 to Sept. 8 and includes new experiences and activities designed for families.
Starting this summer, guests will be able to play and dance with Bluey and Bingo from the popular children's television show at Animal Kingdom's Conservation Station. The activation includes games, meet-and-greets with the sisters and the chance to learn about animals native to Australia.
At the Magic Kingdom's Diamond Horseshoe, Toy Story characters will take over with a new western revue, offering children the chance to craft, dance and even yodel.
Epcot's CommuniCore Hall will be home to Goofy, the Goof Troop and DJ Dance Pants during Cool Kids' Summer. Guests can dance and play with the characters. Goofy's Game Machine will offer games like Goofy Says, Balloon Bonanza and Parachutes 'n' Pipsqueaks.
In Hollywood Studios, a new stage production, "Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!," is coming, inspired by the television series "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse." During the show, Mickey and Minnie have invited Goofy, Daisy and Pluto for a party, but when they don't arrive, Mickey and Minnie -- and audience -- hit the road to find them.
Several attraction refreshes will also debut this summer, including Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, which will have updated ride vehicles and new blasters.
Starting May 22, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Hollywood Studios will feature a new story starring the Mandalorian and Grogu. Disney said guests will be able to choose which planets their ship visits, a first for the attraction.
Across the park, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring the Muppets will also debut this summer, replacing the attraction's current Aerosmith theme.
In Epcot, Soarin' will become Soarin' Across America in celebration of the country's 250th birthday. The new show will debut by Memorial Day, Disney said.
Cool Kids perks
Disney Resorts Collection guests will enjoy some additional perks for Cool Kids' Summer, including daily 30-minute early park access. This year, Disney said characters will be available to meet during the early access period at all parks.
This summer, guests at select resorts will also enjoy special experiences and amenities, including character visits.
Special programming is coming to Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Port Orleans Resort -- Riverside.
Guests staying at any Disney Resorts Collection hotel from May 26 to Sept. 8 will get free admission to one of Disney World's water parks on their check-in day (both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach will again be open).
Other deals are available
In addition to the return of Cool Kids' Summer, Disney also announced two new deals that can be purchased starting today.
Guests can get two free room nights and theme park days with select four-night, four-day, or longer, Walt Disney Travel Company room-and-ticket packages.
It is available for most nights May 26 through Sept. 15. The deal can be booked until Feb. 15.
Additionally, Disney said guests can save up to 30% on select Disney Resort hotels for most stays from May 1 to Oct. 4.
