Grand Metropolitan Hotels is assuming management of the Sealeven Hotel in Opatija, Croatia. The opening is scheduled for the spring.
Located on the Adriatic coast, the aparthotel will operate under the Destination by Hyatt brand and will comprise 11 interconnected buildings.
The hotel will feature 85 rooms and suites with sea views, several dining venues and wellness facilities, including a large outdoor pool.
The town of Opatija is known for its spa facilities, architectural landmarks and Mediterranean lifestyle as well as its modern infrastructure.
