Aman's first cruise ship will be named Amangati, which translates to "peaceful motion" in Sanskrit.
The 600-foot superyacht is under construction at T. Mariotti shipyard in Genoa, Italy. It is expected to be delivered in 2027.
The Amangati will have 47 suites with private balconies, four dining concepts, a jazz club, an Aman Spa with Japanese garden, and a "beach club" area offering direct access to the water at the stern.
The Amangati will begin its inaugural cruise season in the Mediterranean in summer 2027. The ship also will be available for private charter. Additional details on itineraries and reservations will be announced at a later date.
Aman chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin called the yacht's naming "a pivotal milestone for Aman."
"The vessel will embody the very essence of our brand's DNA, providing exceptional privacy, best-in-class amenities and our signature, unparalleled service not yet experienced on the water," he said.
Aman is one of several high-end hospitality brands jumping into cruising in the recent years. Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection debuted in 2022, while Four Seasons Yachts and Orient Express are expected to introduce their first ships next year.
