The five-star Finca Banyols is gearing up to open March on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
Set amid 250 acres of olive and citrus groves within the Unesco-protected Tramuntana mountains, the restored estate features 32 guestrooms.
Accommodations are located in a main house with high, beamed ceilings; weathered wooden floors; hand-hewn Santanyi stone; and curated furnishings.
Eateries include UAramesh, set around a courtyard, and Tafona 1475, a fine dining restaurant overseen by chef Dani Chavez Bello.
An on-site wellness center features an indoor treatment room, open-air spa cabanas, a heated pool and treatments that use olive oil and honey from the estate.
