Ensemble has launched a program, Fastrack, designed to support aspiring travel agency owners.
The course was designed for entrepreneurs looking to start an agency "with a clear framework, measurable milestones and long-term support," Ensemble said in a release.
There are two tiers to the program: Fastrack Basic and Fastrack Pro.
Fastrack Basic is $85 per month and includes a self-guided course on setting up an agency. It also includes access to Ensemble’s learning library, business resources and proprietary booking and selling platform ADX.
Priced at $85 per month and a one-time fee of $1,999, Fastrack Pro includes one-on-one support, registration to Ensemble's Horizons conference and a custom website design after a year.
Ensemble said the program's curriculum has seven tracks and covers things like defining a business model, legal and financial setup, client acquisition, managing sales and bookings and talent development. It has 38 core courses, with more than 100 available for continued learning.
"As participants advance, they unlock higher levels of membership access, with the goal of graduating into full Ensemble membership and becoming eligible for additional opportunities, including profit sharing," Ensemble said.
The consortium has launched a paid media campaign to get the program in front of entrepreneurs and those seeking new business opportunities. It will run on digital platforms like Meta, Google and Reddit.
"This is an incredibly attractive and rewarding industry, but it has traditionally not been easy for agency owners to build and sustain profitability," Ensemble president Michael Johnson said. "Ensemble’s entire focus is on helping our members grow stronger, more profitable businesses, and Fastrack is a natural extension of that commitment. It provides new agency owners with the guidance, structure and accountability they need to build a solid foundation for long-term success."
