The Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas has reopened its Mayfair Supper Club "dinnertainment" venue, unveiling both a new live show and expanded food and beverage options.
The club, which made its debut at the end of 2019, temporarily closed last month to prepare for the relaunch.
Produced by Outside The Box Amusements, the venue's updated entertainment program features multiple performance phases throughout the evening, with the show incorporating elements like live music, lighting effects, choreography, acrobatics and aerial equipment.
Randy Weiner, principal at OTBA, said the production transforms dinner into a dream-like theatrical journey with compelling chapters, so guests can return to The Mayfair at different times and enjoy an entirely new evening.
Additionally, The Mayfair Supper Club has added more than a dozen new "global fusion" dishes to its food menu, including offerings like Caviar Frites, a King Crab California Roll and a Dubai Disco Ball dessert, made with pistachio ice cream, caramelized kataifi and candied orange. Existing mainstays like prime rib and roasted half chicken remain on the menu.
The cocktail menu has undergone a similar refresh. New options include the Corset, featuring Cincoro Blanco tequila, raspberry, lime and egg white, as well as the Hourglass, made with Sonrisa Blanco rum, passion fruit, pomegranate and lime.
Reservations for The Mayfair Supper Club are currently available via the Bellagio's website.
